Catch up...Not going to happen!

My New Years resolution has gone down the drain I tried to blog at least 2-3 times a month but life with a 2 year old has gotten the best of me. This Spring has been busy so we have soaked in our time outside and watching Clay grow up right before our eyes. Jason & I look at each other just about everyday like did he really just say that because his speech has amazed us he says something new everyday. Here are some photos of what we have been up to this Spring and now we are just ready for the phone call that Baby Fuller is on his way. The next post will be about my wonderful husband surprising me with a trip for our 4th anniversary and being told to pack your bags we need to leave ASAP...yeah having to pack me & Clay under pressure I found I am not good at.

Baby Bowman's Gender Reveal Party!

In January we found out the big news we had all been dying to know if Baby Bowman was a girl or boy. I thought boy all along for some reason not sure why well...It's a BOY!!! Fuller Dean Bowman and we can't wait till he gets here!

Clay,
It is so hard to believe you are 2 years old and have become so Independent in your own little ways. You change everyday Daddy and I love talking each day about what new things you are doing or saying. We know for sure you are going to be a talker because you talk non stop which is fine by us. Your favorite shows or movies are Bubble Guppies, Cars, Toy Story and Curious George. You still love Chicken Nuggets, Mac & Cheese and Pizza you have recently started eating fruit loops with milk I think it has become your new favorite food. At your 2 year check up you weighed 26 pounds and Dr. Jolly had nothing but good things to say except for you to stop being a picky eater:). At night you still sleep with Mr. Owl who you have slept with since you were 3 months old recently you have started sleeping with 2 owls. I can't complain any because even as a newborn you were a great sleeper and still are! Now you sleep from 9:00 P.M.-7:45 A.M. most days and you stay in your own bed the whole night. If we would let you stay outside from sunrise to sunset I know you would you love to be outside especially with your daddy but inside your favorite toys are tractors or cars. Lane is your best buddy you ask for him constantly and you have become big buddy's with TY the past few months it's so sweet how you don't want to leave TY at home when we go bye bye. In September you started Mother's Day Out I wasn't sure how long you would last never being away from mommy before other then with family. Instead you shocked me and have done amazing minus the first 2-3 weeks of crying when I left then you would be fine. Now you love school love you talk about your friends constantly and you love Mrs. Melanie to pieces it makes me so happy for you to be so excited about going to school. Right now we are working on potty training and it's a work in progress but hopefully we will get the hang of it sooner then later. We love you and are so proud of the little boy you are becoming!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Clay! Part One

This year I knew exactly what theme I wanted to do for Clay's party months & months before the actually date.... Tractors of course and then I mixed it with farm animals since he loves saying all the animal sounds. Thanks to GiGi, Jess Jess and Paw Paw for helping me decorate and MiMi, PaPa Ray, Aunt Kelly and Daddy for getting Clay ready for his party I couldn't have done it without each one of you! When Clay first got there he was being shy but once he started warming up to the huge crowd he was fine. Thanks to all our friends and family that drove to Calera from out of town it means a lot to us and we were so glad each one of you could share such a special time in Clay's life!
