Around our house we get so sick of eating the same things for supper so I have been on a mission to find new recipes that are EASY:) A couple of weeks ago this recipe was in the newspaper on a campbell's coupon. It was so easy and good I thought I would share it!
Dripping Roast Beef Sandwiches
1-can condensed french onion soup
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
3/4 LB. thinly sliced deli roast beef.
4 slices deli provolone cheese- cut in half
Classic soft hoagie rolls
banana peppers
Heat Oven to 400
Heat soup and worcestershire sauce in saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Add beef and heat through stirring occasionally.
Divide beef among rolls, top with cheese slices and place sandwhich onto baking sheet.
Bake 3 mins or until sandwhiches are toasted and cheese is melted.
Spoon soup mixture onto sandwiches and top with banana peppers!
ENJOY!

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY CLAY!!!!
I want to know where the time has gone this past year?? It's so hard to believe that the little bitty baby he was this time last year has turned into such a smart and active little boy! Having a baby is such a miracle but Clay's story is such a miracle that I was able to carry him to a safe zone so that he could live on his own! My OB Dr. tells everyone he is her miracle baby and that gives me chills to think about it! I will never forget the NICU dr and nurses coming into to talk to us to prepare us for what would happen when Clay was born. When I was in labor we were prepared to go home without him because everyone including doctors thought he would be sent to the NICU maybe not for weeks but at least for a couple of days. It's an amazing feeling to say he NEVER left our room and came home with us! We have been prepared for him to be a month or two behind on crawling, walking etc. but he has been early on all those things! He maybe little in size but he has the strongest will power I have ever seen!:) Just let him smile big at you and show those 2 dimples and those big blue eyes your heart will just MELT!! PROMISE!:) Today we celebrate what a blessing he is to all of our family to think what we were going through a year ago! Thought I would share his birth stats with yall... 5 Pounds 8 Oz. 18 1/2 inches long when we came home he had dropped his weight to 4 Pounds 16 Oz. He was so TINY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY BOY! WE LOVE YOU!
On his actually birthday I decorated our kitchen with some Mickey Mouse things and we had a few people over for pizza that night. Saturday we had his actually birthday party that I have been planning for months:) Here are some pictures from his big day! As soon as I get the pictures from the party form
the photographer I'll post those also!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Hope everyone has had a great and safe New Year so far! Nothing like this post being almost 2 weeks late:)) The next post will show you what I have been busy planning and working on! New Years day Jason smoked a turkey on his new smoker he got for Christmas and we had a few people over for dinner! Clay was in heaven because cousin Wes was here and Wes pushed him around all over the house on his 4 wheeler he got for Christmas! By the time Wes was leaving he was worn slap out but it was so sweet seeing Wes be so good with him!
New Years Eve and 1st Haircut!
The past few years Jason has had to work on New Years Eve so of course it was that way this year also. Clay and I took it easy while Jason was at work then we took Clay to get his 1st haircut and let's just say we should have gone right after nap because he wasn't a happy camper then we followed that with a yummy supper and fireworks at Jason's parents house. I think this is the 1st year I was in bed before midnight! I just couldn't make it!
