I am so glad to have these past few days behind us I could literally jump for joy! Friday we had big plans of hitting the road to Selma bright and early Clay was going to spend time with my daddy while I helped Othermama do some things around town to get ready for Kelly and Katy's graduation. Well Clay woke up at 1:00 AM Friday morning crying and just wouldn't go back to sleep he was running a low grade fever but I thought maybe it was him teething. Finally after Tylenol he crashed about 4:45 only to be woken up at 6:15 to a whopping 103.5 fever! I freaked this is high as Clay has ever had a fever I was crying because other then putting him in the bathtub there was nothing else I could do because he had already had medicine. We headed to the Dr first thing Friday AM because Clay had been exposed to hands foot and mouth rash the first part of the week. The DR didn't see any signs of that and said it was just teething seeing as he has 2 molars coming in! He gave us the go ahead to head to Selma so we did I really didn't want to miss my little sister's graduation. Clay was wonderful Friday till later on he started feeling pretty rough JJ keep him while I went to graduation. Clay and I stayed in Selma Friday night to spend time
With my nana and daddy to my this story shorter we ended up in the ER in Prattville Saturday at 3:00 AM! At that time he only had the bumps in his mouth but by Sunday he had the full hands, foot and mouth all over:( Saturday we cooked out with Jason's family for a late mother's day and May birthdays then stayed with Jess and Scuba in their new house. Sunday they invited us to go to the Tannehill Trade Days I was really scared how Clay was going to do since he was sick but really that's the only thing that has relaxed him is to be outside! He did great he loved it!! I forgot sunscreen but thank gosh the AVON lady had a tent set up so that fixed that problem! I just have to take a few seconds to say how proud of Kelly my little sister and Katy my little cousin on graduating from high school Friday! I can't believe they are old enough to be going to college in the fall! Kelly will heading to AUM and Katy to Alabama we are so excited to see what God has planned for them! I don't have any pictures from graduation because Angela came and took those but here's a few from this weekend!
